Automatic paused listing

Edited

Why has my listing been paused?

A listing is automatically paused when the item hasn't been marked as available for a while. This helps keep an up-to-date catalogue for buyers.

How do I update availability?

Simply confirm that your item is still available, directly from the My products' availability page in your seller account, accessible from:

  • the email you received letting you know an update is needed

  • the banner shown in My products - this only appears if you have items affected

After how long is a listing paused?

  • Private sellers: after 30 days without an availability update, then 7 more days if nothing is done.

  • Professional sellers: after 60 days without an availability update, then 7 more days if nothing is done.

Will I be notified before it happens?

Yes. You'll receive a first email as soon as the deadline (30 or 60 days) is reached, followed by a reminder 5 days later if nothing has changed. The listing is only paused 7 days after that first email - so you have time to act.

Will I lose my listing?

No, the listing is simply paused. You can reactivate it at any time from your seller account, in My products.

How do I reactivate a paused listing?

Go to your seller account, find the listing in question, and republish it in one click.
