Payment by Bank Transfer
Bank transfer payment is available for any order over €2,500.
Note: orders paid by bank transfer are not available on the app.
The steps of your order
1. Choose “Bank Transfer” at checkout and click "Pay"
2. Make the transfer to the IBAN provided, indicating the exact amount.
⚠️ Your product is not reserved until the payment is received.
You have 5 days to complete your transfer; after this period, your order will be canceled.
3. Receive your purchase confirmation once the transfer is validated.
If the amount received is insufficient, you will be informed to proceed with a supplementary transfer. Until the full amount is received, the order is not validated.
4. The seller is informed of the order to confirm product availability. The seller has a maximum of 3 days to confirm availability.
In case of unavailability or no response from the seller within 3 days, you will be automatically refunded without any action required.
