Publish products via CSV

You can entrust us with a CSV file to publish a large number of products.

For this, you must:

• Prerequisite: already have an account on Selency

• Download the import template

• In the top left, click File > Make a copy

• In your file, delete the sample rows

• White columns should be ignored. Fill in the green columns as follows:

  • title - required field: corresponds to the product title

  • seller_reference - optional field: corresponds to your external reference to easily locate the product

  • description - required field: corresponds to the product description

  • category - required field: corresponds to the product category, please select a category from the list. If no category matches your product, the product is not eligible for our catalog.

  • handmade - required field: indicates whether the product is handmade; if yes, set "TRUE" otherwise "FALSE"

  • quantity and batch - required fields: indicate the number of units and the number of lots if applicable

    If you are selling a lot of 6 chairs then quantity = 1 (1 lot) and batch = 6 (6 chairs in the lot)

    If you are selling 6 chairs separately then quantity = 6 (6 chairs) and batch = 1

  • price - required field: corresponds to the price of your product, enter a value in euros

  • negotiable - required field: indicates if the product is negotiable, if yes set "TRUE" otherwise "FALSE"

  • reserved_price - optional field: indicates whether there is a reserve price, enter a value in euros

  • package_weight - required field: corresponds to the weight of the product, enter a value in kg

  • style - required field: corresponds to the product style, please provide a style from the list

  • material - required field: corresponds to the main material of your product, please provide a material from the list

  • color - required field: corresponds to the main color of your product, please provide a color from the list

  • width - required field: product width in cm

  • height - required field: product height in cm

  • depth - required field: product depth in cm

  • assets - required field: provide all URLs (with the main image first) separated by spaces, max 20 URLs

  • booster - optional field: if you want to contribute to the shipping costs using a carrier turbo, provide a value in euros

  • personal_delivery_eu_price - optional field: indicate a fixed price for seller-delivered shipping within the European Union. You can provide a price in euros, 0 if shipping is free.

  • personal_delivery_eu_delay - optional field: if you indicated a seller-delivered shipping price above, indicate whether the delivery time is “express” (less than 2 weeks) or “standard” (between 2 and 5 weeks)

• Import your file here to send it to our teams

Note: if your file follows our template and all required fields are correctly indicated, processing of your file will be quick.

If you cannot provide a CSV in the same format as our template, you can still submit your file to our teams to see how to handle it. However, we strictly require a file containing all information listed as required. For example: you can provide a file without a dimensions column, but these must at least be mentioned in the description so that we can retrieve the information.
