Delivery to Switzeland - customs

Swiss customs requires a specific invoice from the seller for shipments to Switzerland.

Attached you will find a sample invoice and a blank form to fill out and return to us via email in Word or PDF format, without any handwritten notes.

Important: We need this invoice before the product can be shipped. Without it, we unfortunately will not be able to arrange for transport.

GOOD TO KNOW:

• For rosewood furniture, a CITES-validated certificate of authenticity is required. More info here: https://www.blv.admin.ch/blv/fr/home/das-blv/kooperationen/internationale-institutionen/cites.html

• If the product is made of wood, specify the species in Latin.

• Indicate the product price excluding shipping costs

• If you are a professional seller, an EORI number is required.

• If you are a private individual:

  • Include the word “OCCASIONAL” on the invoice

  • For sales exceeding €1,000, an EORI number is required
