Can I cancel my order before it's shipped?

You can completely retract before your item is shipped (you will receive an email to inform you of this shipment).

To do this, you can contact us at help@selency.com and contact the seller directly to inform him/her (his/her contact details are in your Selency account, then "Purchases").

We will refund you immediately for the full amount of your order.

If the shipment has already taken place, you can withdraw but half of the shipping costs will be at your expense.

For any purchase at our BHV corner, no order cancellation will be accepted.
