Can I change the delivery method once the order has been placed?

You can change the delivery method until the item is shipped (an email is sent to you to confirm the shipment). After that it is no longer possible.

For any changes, you can contact us at help@selency.com.

In case of a change for a cheaper delivery, we will refund you the difference.

In case of a change for a more expensive delivery, you will need to make a bank transfer to pay the difference.
