Why has my request for a return/compensation been refused?
Your request for return or compensation may be refused:
- in the case of a withdrawal request: the 14-day withdrawal period has been exceeded or you have purchased your item at our BHV corner
- in the case of non-compliance: the 72-hour complaint period has expired
- in the case of a breakage: the 48-hour complaint period has expired
- the non-compliance is not validated by our customer service
- you have opted for personal delivery
- you have chosen a delivery by the Selency Service but have not reported a reserve indicating a breakage on delivery
