How does the negotiation work?

When creating an ad or editing your ad, you can open your article for negotiation! To do this, you must check the small box I accept that the customer can negotiate the price of the item after 7 days if it has not been sold. You are then asked to validate or reject it yourself.

You can also add a reserve price (optional). It's the minimum price you will accept to sell your article.

Customers can also propose an offer through a private conversation between you. The Make an offer tab appears on the right and you can make a counter-offer if the price doesn't suit you. This will allow the buyer to order without the risk of rejection and will save time in case of a counter-offer!
