How does the negotiation work?
When creating an ad or editing your ad, you can open your article for negotiation! To do this, you must check the small box "I accept that the customer can negotiate the price of the item after 7 days if it has not been sold". You are then asked to validate or reject it yourself.
You can also add a reserve price (optional).
If a customer makes an offer above the reserve price, the offer will be automatically accepted and you will receive a standard order email to confirm the availability of the item.
If a customer makes an offer below the reserve price - or on an item without a defined reserve price - you will then receive an email alerting you that an offer has been made and you will have the option to accept or reject that offer. The offer remains valid for 3 days and the customer is not debited until you approve this offer.
