Track my seller delivery
In order to track an order which is delivered by the seller, we invite you to contact the seller directly, as he is the one holding the useful information regarding tracking. If the tracking number is written down directly on Selency, you will find it in the e-mail notifying you that the parcel has been shipped. If it is not there, we invite you to contact the seller in order to get more details.
You will be able to access the seller's details once the order is placed and validated, in "my account" and then "my orders" (you need to be logged in to access these information). You can also contact the seller via our private messaging system. When the order is placed and validated, you will be able to exchange detils on the private messaging system.
