For what reasons can a customer cancel a transaction?

A customer may freely and without reason withdraw from the contract up to 14 days after receipt of the item.  In this case, he must return the item to you within 14 days of his request for retraction. We refund the amount of the item but he must pay the round trip expenses.

If you have already received payment for your sale, you are required to make a return transfer on the day of receipt of the item so that we can refund the customer.

A customer cannot retract following a hand-delivery ("pick up at seller’s place" delivery option).
