Change your pick up address

In case of the product not being at the address that was given for the pickup of the product, please contact the logistic team at Selency in order to let us know. Please don't forget to provide us with all the information related to this pickup : address, phone number, who will be there...

If the new address is too far from the original one, we might ask you to pay extra because it can change the delivery fare. 

You can also modify the pickup address of your products before they are sold. In order to do so, you can modify it on the product's page.
