How to answer a question from a customer?

The customer can contact you via the announcement of an item from your shop. You will then receive an email informing you. To answer him, here are the steps to follow:

- Login to your account

- Go to your shop in "Messages" then "Questions received".

The more responsive you are to these messages, the more likely you are to sell your item!
