How do I confirm availability of an item?

Good news, you sold an item! When a customer places an order, we ask you to confirm his availability within 3 days of the order. Beyond this time, the order will be cancelled and the customer will not be charged.

To confirm availability, here are the steps to follow:

Login to your account

In your shop, click on "Sales to be validated"

Confirm availability

Once an order is confirmed, you are legally bound to honour it unless the customer withdraws.
