How do I confirm availability of an item?

Congratulations, you sold an item ! 🙌🏼

When a customer places an order, we ask you to confirm his availability within 3 days of the order. Beyond this time, the order will be cancelled and the customer will not be charged.

To confirm availability, here are the steps to follow :

- Login to your account

- In your shop, click on "Orders awaiting confirmation"

- Confirm availability

Once an order is confirmed, you are legally bound to honor it unless the customer withdraws.
