If an item is returned, will I be refunded for the delivery costs ?

In case of breakage: except Selency delivery, you are responsible for this breakage. The customer's refund is total (article + shipping costs). You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return trip. In the event of a Selency commercial offer that would have covered part or all of your outward delivery costs, you will be charged the original price (i.e. without discount) for the return delivery. If the item is damaged or broken during a delivery by Selency, our carrier is liable.

In case of non-compliance: our team judges this non-compliance on photos, videos etc.... If we consider that there is indeed a defect of conformity, the customer is refunded the totality (article + shipping costs). Shipping costs are not refunded. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return trip. In the event of a Selency commercial offer that would have covered part or all of your outward delivery costs, you will be charged the original price (i.e. without discount) for the return delivery.

In case of non satisfaction: if there is no non conformity or breakage, the customer can retract and return the item to you. The return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
