What is delivery by Selency?

For any bulky item, we offer our delivery service by carrier in France and Europe.

The price is indicated directly on the advertisement and added to the price of the item when ordering.

Once the order has been placed, our delivery service first organizes the pick-up from the seller and then contacts you to arrange the delivery. We will then give you a date and a 2-hour time slot.

Carriers generally contact the seller within 20 days of placing an order to make an appointment for pick-up with him.

Delivery time is approximately 2 to 6 weeks nationally.

It is necessary that you ensure that the item can be transported by your stairwell or elevator.

Nationally, our carrier travels alone. It is important to prepare for the reception by using additional labour if necessary. The delivery of your item is done at the bottom of your home in National territory.

In Ile-de-France, it is possible to request two carriers and one delivery on the first floor. To do so, please send an email to: logistique@selency.com.

Finally, all our carriers have insurance in case of breakage. But it is necessary to sign the reserve voucher on arrival or to refuse the item in order to make it work. You will then have the possibility to obtain a refund or compensation (contact help@selency.com).

Be careful, if this reserve voucher is not signed with the carriers, compensation will be very difficult to achieve. We therefore insist on checking the condition of the item with the carriers upon delivery.
