What should I do when I don't have a solution to a request for a quote?

As a seller, when you cannot provide a solution to a request for a quote, you can click on "I don't have a delivery solution". This will directly redirect the customer to the terms already proposed and to delivery by Selency.

You have the possibility to participate in Selency shipping costs with the Turbo to reduce the customer's costs and push him to purchase. It also increases your chances of selling the product! By clicking on "I don't have a solution", you can choose to pay part of the costs of the "delivery by Selency" option.

Your contribution to the shipping costs will only be deducted after validation of the order, at the same time as our commission.
