I'm unhappy with my item and I would like to return it. What should I do?

If you do not like the item, you have up to 14 days after receipt to withdraw. The earlier the request is made, the faster and easier it will be processed. To do this, you must contact us at help@selency.com and inform the seller of your request for withdrawal.

Once the retraction is accepted, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the item (excluding delivery by Selency). You are responsible for the return shipping costs, at the rate you were charged for the outward delivery. In the event of a commercial offer that would allow you to benefit from a reduced or free delivery, you will be charged the original price of the outward delivery (i.e. without discount) for the return delivery. However, we will refund you the full amount of the item as soon as the item has been received back by the seller.

Attention: you are responsible for the return shipment. If the package arrives broken or damaged at the seller's premises, you will have to complain to the shipping company and we cannot guarantee a full refund.

For any purchase on our BHV corner, no order cancellation will be accepted.
