How do return requests work?

When a buyer requests a return:

Our team verifies that the return is within 14 days of receipt of the item. If this is the case, we will inform you of the reason for the return with supporting photos in case of non-compliance or breakage.

We will provide your postal details to the customer so that they can return the item to you within a week.

The refund is made from the moment you received your item in return. We ask the client to follow up with you so that you are kept informed.
