Private messaging
In order to discuss with your buyers, Selency provides you with a private messaging platform. This is the second icon at the top right of your screen :
This inbox allows you to exchange with your buyer on the product concerned. Note that it does not allow you to exchange your contact information. These are given to you once the order has been validated. Your messages will not be validated if the moderation system detects coordinates (postal, geographical, digital...).
The easiest way to make sure that your messages are validated is to keep them concise. If there is any doubt concerning the content of your message, it will be moderated manually by our teams within 24 hours.
