Seller delivery terms

What is the shipping time ? ⏳ Your seller has 72 hours to send your parcel once the sale has been validated.

Under what conditions does your delivery take place ? 💡 The seller chooses his carrier (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, DHL, etc.) and sends you the tracking number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the dimensions of your elevator or stairwell allow you to get the furniture to your home. In order to facilitate the transport, your item can sometimes arrive disassembled; this remains rare. The carrier will not be able to help you reassemble the furniture, however do not hesitate to contact your seller if he has not slipped the instructions for assembly in the package. 🧩

Can the delivery be done upstairs ? 💪🏼 Only if it is the seller who makes the trip and he gives his consent.

How to track your delivery ? 📫 Via your Selency account or by writing to your seller.

What about Brexit ? 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Customs and VAT fees may apply on each product ordered. Delivery times may also be extended.
