Change your delivery address

Once you have ordered on Selency, and have defined a delivery address, it is still possible to change the delivery address. In order to do so, please contact the logistics team or Selency's customer service (help@selency.com).

Changes in the delivery address must be done as quickly as possible, because it can make us change transporters. In the event of an address change, Selency will not be taking responsibility for a delay in the delivery. 

In the event of a change of address, Selency cannot be held responsible for any delay. Also, Selency may ask you for a supplement in the price of delivery if the final address is too far from the starting address.

In the case of a delivery made by the seller, we invite you to contact him/her directly in order to send him/her your new contact information so that he/she can proceed with the shipment. You can find his contact details in your account, under "My orders", and you can also contact him directly via the Selency private messaging service.
