Breakage during a Cocolis delivery
Cocolis takes out insurance from MAIF for €150 per transport.
If unfortunately your product arrives broken at your buyer, you have 5 days to report this case to Cocolis customer service by sending an email with the photos to support by 💌 contact@cocolis.fr Cocolis will open a claim with their insurance and will come back to you to compensate you.
