What should I do if the product I sent with Cocolis is received damaged by my buyer ?

You do have an insurance included with the delivery, provided by the insurance company MAIF up to 150€.

If unfortunately, the product arrives damaged to your buyer, he has 5 days to inform the Cocolis customer care service by sending them an e-mail with photos of the damage. You or your buyer can contact them at contact@cocolis.fr.

Then, Cocolis will open a dispute with the insurance company MAIF.
