Delivery by Selevy modalities
For some products, you can choose the delivery by Selency, operated by one of many of our shipping partners.
Selency delivery takes from 2 to 6 weeks (you can count 8 weeks for Switzerland). During delivery, the time slot annouced by the transporters may change, depending on their constraints.
The transporter will contact you by e-mail in order to give you a first time-span for delivery, which is rather wide. It can go from 3 days to 2 weeks. Closing onto the delivery date, the transporter will contact you by text on the phone number written down in your Selency account. This text notifies you the precise delivery date, with a 2 hour time span. You shall receive this text 48/72h before the exact delivery day.
Delivery will be in front of your home, on the pavement, by one of our partners.

Beware, outside of Île-de-France, the carrier is alone, and will deliver just outside of your building. Hence, you shall plan some help for delivery in order to carry your order to your home. The shipper won't be able to carry and install the product into your house.
The item can sometimes arrive disassembled, for reasons of ease of transport, but this remains rare. The deliveryman will not be able to help you to reassemble the piece of furniture, however do not hesitate to contact your seller if he did not slip a notice of reassembly in the parcel.
Also, you need to make sure that the dimensions of your elevator or stair-case allows you to move the product inside of your home.
Finally, do not forget to check the product while the transporter is still here. If you notice some damages on your order, you need to express it by writing a claim statement on the delivery slip. Making a claim statement on the delivery slip is a strictly mandatory condition in order to make a claim to Selency's customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
