What are the eligibility criteria?

The product is eligible for delivery by carrier if it meets the eligibility criteria and the delivery country is on the following list: France (excluding Corsica), Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, and Switzerland.

What are the delivery times?

2 to 6 weeks (8 weeks for Switzerland) from the date your seller confirms your order. During this period, the delivery window may change depending on the constraints of our carriers' regional routes and the availability of your seller and yourself.

Under what conditions is your delivery made?

Outside the Île-de-France region, the carrier is alone in the truck.

We work with carriers, not movers. Delivery is therefore made to the sidewalk outside your home. It is up to you to arrange for help to bring your order into your home.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the dimensions of your elevator or stairwell allow you to transport the furniture to your home. To facilitate transport, your item may sometimes arrive disassembled; however, this is rare. The carrier will not be able to help you reassemble the furniture, but please do not hesitate to contact your salesperson if they have not included assembly instructions in the package.

Remember to check the condition of the delivered product in the presence of the carrier. If you notice any damage to your order, you must notify the carrier by issuing a complaint on the delivery note. The issuance of this complaint is a sine qua non condition for filing a complaint with our Customer Happiness team, which can be contacted by 💌help@selency.com and 📞 +44 20 3923 1040 (open from 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday).
