Messages moderation
In order to talk with your seller, Selency offers a private messaging system. This is the second icon at the top right of your screen :
Keep your conversations concise and avoid words about outside contact information. If there is a doubt about the content of your message, the message will be moderated manually by our teams within a maximum of 24 hours. Once your order is validated by the seller, you will receive their contact details in your "Purchases" area.
