Issue an invoice

Buyers can ask you for an invoice :
- If you are a private seller, we will issue the order invoice for you. Your buyer can find it directly after shipping his order in the "My purchases" section.
- If you are a professional seller, you must send an invoice yourself when a customer requests it. The invoice must mention the price of the sale (Selency commission included because you receive on your side the commission invoice) and the price of the delivery if it is at your expense.
We invite you to send the invoice by email or by post as soon as possible.
