As a seller, you have several responsibilities with regard to delivery by Selency:

- Package your product 📦

- Make the product available to the carrier : it must be placed in front of your address, do not hesitate to ask your loved ones to support you and transport the product to the truck. Note that our tours are carried out with only one delivery person, he can ask you for help. 🙌🏼

- Your pick-up address : if it changes, please contact the carrier as soon as possible so that they can validate the change. You will only be able to change it if the new address is in the same city, within a 10 km radius. You will then have to keep the initial address or deliver your sale.
