Cocolis is an eco-responsible and collaborative delivery solution available throughout metropolitan France 🇫🇷 The objective is to fill the available space of vehicles in circulation. Cocolis is a green, flexible and fast delivery solution. 🌱

What are the pick-up times ? ⏳ 1 to 4 weeks depending on your availability and those of your buyer. Please note that delivery is offered for product costing 50 euros or more.

Under what conditions is the collection done ? 💡 Once your sale is validated, you will receive an email from Cocolis to inform your availability. The more information you have, the faster a driver will come to ensure your abduction.

Can the abduction be done upstairs ? 💪🏼 Unfortunately not.

Psssst ! Remember to check the condition of the delivered product in the presence of the carrier. If you notice any damage to your order, you must notify the carrier by issuing a reservation on the delivery note. The issuance of this reservation is a sine qua non condition for filing a complaint with our Customer Happiness team, which can be contacted by 💌 help@selency.com and 📞 +44 20 3923 1040 (open from 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday).
