Find the seller's details
Before the order is validated, it is not possible to exchange your details with the seller. In this way, we can guarantee a better security while ordering.
Although, you can contact the seller very easily : every product's add presents a link called "contact the seller", which is beneath the delivery options. It will allow you to ask every question you have before placing your order.
Once the order is validated by the seller, you will receive an e-mail with the seller's details, and the seller will receive your details. You will also be able to find their contact in your account. In order to retrieve them, you should log onto Selency, go to "my account" and then "my orders". You will also be able to exchange freely on Selency's private messenger.
