Find the seller's details

Before the order is validated, it is not possible to exchange your contact with your seller. In this way, we can guarantee a better security while ordering. 

Although, you can contact the seller very easily : every product's add presents a link called "GET IN TOUCH WITH THE SELLER", which is beneath the delivery options. It will allow you to ask every question you have before placing your order. 

Once your order is validated by your seller, you will receive an e-mail with the seller's details, and the seller will receive your details. You will also be able to find their contact in your account. In order to retrieve them, you should log into Selency, go to "MY ACCOUNT" and then "MY ORDERS". You will also be able to exchange freely on Selency's private messenger.
