It can sometimes happen that you place an order on Selency, but the transaction doesn't go through. It can be caused by several reasons :
- A (little) mistake was made while typing your card number. If this happens, we invite you to place your order again.
- Your bank can notify that the limit on your card has been reached. We invite you to contact your bank in order to modify your card limit, and then place your order again.
It can also happen that we can't detect why the payment didn't go through, in that case, we will not be able to unlock it. We invite you to contact your bank in order to validate the transaction, or try again later.
