Comment on your shop

Customers can leave a comment on your shop that will be visible to other users and we can't delete the messages left by customers 🖌

In order to leave a comment, they receive an e-mail from ou partner "Avis Vérifiés" after they received their order. 

If your customer didn't get the e-mail, they have to check in the spam section in their e-mail inbox, and make sure that it is the same e-mail address linked to their Selency account. Unfortunately, we are not able to send this e-mail again.
