Cocolis takes out insurance from MAIF for €150 per transport.

If unfortunately your product arrives broken, you have 5 days to report this case to Cocolis customer service by sending an email with the photos to support by 💌 contact@cocolis.fr Cocolis will open a claim with their insurance and will come back to you to compensate you.

If the price of the product is higher, please contact our Customer Happiness team by 💌 help@selency.com and 📞+44 20 3923 1040 (open from 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday).
