What should I do if my product arrives broken with Cocolis ? Is there an insurance with that delivery method ?

You do have an insurance included with your delivery, provided by the insurance company MAIF up to 150€.

If unfortunately, your product arrives damaged, you have 5 days to inform the Cocolis customer care service by sending them an e-mail with photos of the damage. You can contact them at contact@cocolis.fr.

Then, Cocolis will open a dispute with the insurance company MAIF.
