Product availability

Each seller is responsible for the stock of their shop. Products on the site are not necessarily exclusive to Selency.

That’s why we always give the seller 72 hours to validate the sale. This allows them to check the availability of the product concerned and not immediately charge you in case of unavailability:

If the item you ordered is available, you will be notified by mail and charged. 🎉

If the product is unfortunately unavailable, we also notify you by email and will not charge you. Your bank fingerprint will be deleted within 2-10 business days depending on the payment method.
