Availability of products

Every seller is responsible for the stock of his store. We do not have the exclusivity of the products added online on Selency. It may happen that sellers sell a product by their own means or on another platform.

That's why we always give them 72 hours to validate the sale. This allows them to take the time to check on their side and not to charge you immediately in case of unavailability.

- If the item you ordered is available, you are notified by email and you are debited 🎉

- If the product is unfortunately unavailable, we also warn you by email and you are not charged.
