Cocolis is an eco-responsible and collaborative delivery solution available throughout metropolitan France 🇫🇷 The objective is to fill the available space of vehicles in circulation. Cocolis is a green, flexible and fast delivery solution. 🌱

What are the delivery times ? ⏳ 1 to 4 weeks depending on your availability and those of your seller.

Under what conditions is the delivery done ? 💡 Delivery is offered for products costing 50 euros or more. Once your order is validated by your seller, you will receive an email from Cocolis to confirm your availability. The more information you supply, the faster a driver will be chosen to ensure your delivery.

How to track your delivery ? 🚛 You will receive emails from Cocolis and have the tracking info available in your Selency account.

Can it be delivered upstairs ? 💪🏼 Unfortunately not.

Psssst! Remember to check the condition of the delivered product in the presence of the carrier. If you notice any damage to your order, you must notify the carrier by issuing a complaint on the delivery note. The issuance of this reservation is a sine qua non condition for filing a complaint with our Customer Happiness team, which can be contacted by 💌 help@selency.com or at 📞 +44 20 3923 1040 (from 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday).
