Change delivery method

Once your order is validated, it is entirely possible to change the delivery method. A delivery planned by Selency can finally be honoured by the seller and vice versa:

  1. From a BySelency delivery to a seller delivery: just define the terms with the seller and contact Selency customer service immediately. Please note: we will not be able to cancel a delivery by Selency if the delivery to your seller is scheduled within 72 hours!
  2. From a seller to a BySelency: make sure that the BySelency delivery is available for the product in question. Indeed, not all products in the catalogue are eligible for delivery by Selency.
