Delete an item from your store

We invite you to update the availability of your products in your Selency shop. If you sell an item through another channel, please remove it to minimize customer disappointment. Even when an item is removed from sale, it appears in your store to maintain a history of your products.

Here are the steps to remove an item from your store :

  1. Log in to your Selency account
  2. Visit your shop, "Products for sale"
  3. Click on the "Remove" button

Attention : when you delete one of your products, it will not be possible to put it back online and you will have to recreate your ad.
