How can I change my contact details with Cocolis ?

If you wish to change your address or phone number, here is what you should do :

- If you're still waiting for a driver to contact you, you can inform Cocolis directly my sending them an e-mail at 📧  contact@cocolis.fr 

- If a driver already accepted the delivery, you should get in touch with him thanks to his e-mail address / phone number available on the tracking page you'll find on Selency : please go to "My Account", "My orders" then "SEE DETAILS" and then "Track the delivery" :

Please note that you can change your address only if the new one is in the same city as the old one. If you change the city, it would automatically cancel the delivery. A new shipment would have to be created, you'd also have to fill up once again all your availabilities for the delivery 📆
