Breakage with delivery by the seller

If you unfortunately receive a broken item and you have chosen a delivery by the seller (Colissimo, quote...), you must follow the terms of reception that he will have communicated to you. Don't hesitate to contact him as soon as your order has been placed.

After receipt of the article, you can come back to our services to inform us of the breakage with pictures explicitly illustrating the damage. We will indicate the breakage to the seller by confirming that the terms of reception have been respected. From there, he can ask for the return of the product or not. If he wishes to return the product, we will reimburse you as soon as we confirm the shipment of the product. If he does not want it, you can be reimbursed immediately.

If the article arrives partially broken but still usable, a commercial gesture may be granted depending on the severity of the breakage. 

For example: 

- If you receive a batch of 6 plates with one of them broken, you will be refunded 1/6th of the price of the product. 

- If a leg of a table is broken, the seller will decide the amount to be reimbursed. You will also be able to send us an estimate of repair but the maximum charge will be up to the product.
