Broken order with seller deivery
If unfortunately you receive a broken order, you must follow the terms of receipt that your seller has communicated to you.
Therefore, 3 options are available to you :
- You keep the product and ask for a commercial gesture
- You keep the lot and are compensated for the breakage
example : 1 broken glass on 1 lot of 6 glasses, you are compensated 1/6th of the lot - You return the product/ lot and are fully refunded. The costs of return shipping are at the expense of your seller
