Track your delivery

As soon as a carrier is chosen to make your delivery, you will receive an email from Selency asking you to confirm your postal and telephone details. As soon as possible, we will email you a time slot of 5 to 10 days. Once the date is set you will receive two emails: one for the date and one for the time slot.

The carrier will contact you 48 hours to 72 hours before the delivery by SMS to inform you of the specific day and the 2-hour time slot for your delivery. 🚛
