Change your cocolis delivery address

Please note: the delivery address can only be changed if the new address is in the same city. A change of city would cancel your current delivery request and a surcharge may be requested. A new delivery request would then be created and you would have to re-enter your availability 📆

If you have not yet received any news from the driver in charge of your delivery, we invite you to contact customer service directly by 💌 contact@cocolis.fr 

If a driver is already in charge of your delivery: we invite you to contact them directly via their contact details available on the tracking sheet in your Selency account by going directly to “My account”, “My orders”, “SEE DETAILS” then click on “Track Delivery” :

If the driver is already on the way, the address cannot be changed.
