The Super Pro program offers exclusive benefits to professional sellers who have distinguished themselves by achieving and maintaining specific performance targets. You do not need to apply for the Super Pro program. If you meet the criteria, you will automatically receive Super Pro status on the next review date.
Qualifying for Super Pro
To be a Super Pro, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a professional seller.
- Over the last 12 months, have achieved a sales volume of ≥ €15,000 OR a number of orders of ≥ 80.
- Over the last 3 months, have unavailability rate of ≤ 3%.
- Average rating of ≥ 4.5/5.
Maintaining Super Pro status
We check Super Pro performance four times a year (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1) to ensure that we are promoting the best sellers.

You are a trusted seller and the quality of your products is well established: they will therefore be automatically accepted on the platform.

The Super Pro badge is displayed on your store and your products. It acts as a seal of quality that reassures buyers and increases your chances of conversion.
4. Better visibility
Your store and products will benefit from enhanced promotion, including a filter dedicated to Super Pro merchants and regular promotion in our marketing campaigns
