Super Pro program conditions

Eligibility
To qualify as a Super Pro, sellers must: (1) hold a valid Selency account as a professional seller, and (2) meet the minimum performance standards detailed on the Super Pro program page.
Super Pro status is only valid for the qualification period, and your Super Pro status may be lost at the next evaluation date if you no longer meet the eligibility criteria.
If you wish to deactivate your Super Pro status, please contact the Selency team. Deactivating your status will result in the removal of your exclusive benefits and the deactivation of the badge on your product pages and your shop.
Evaluation
Qualification is automatically assessed every 3 months (the “qualification period”) on the first day of each calendar quarter (the “evaluation date”). If a seller meets the eligibility criteria as of the review date, they automatically qualify for Super Pro status during the qualification period.
Super Pro status is automatically revoked at the next review date if the seller no longer meets the eligibility criteria. Selency may, but is not obligated to, notify sellers of the revocation of their Super Pro status. Sellers whose Super Pro status has been revoked may regain their status in a future evaluation if they once again meet the eligibility criteria.
If you qualify for Super Pro status, a badge indicating your status will automatically be added to your products and your shop.
Benefits
Super Pros enjoy special benefits, which you can find on the Super Pro program page. These benefits may be subject to additional conditions set forth on that page and may be modified or discontinued by Selency at any time, with or without notice.
In particular, with regard to the advantage of immediate publication of products, Selency reserves the right to remove a product that has already been published if it does not comply with its selection criteria or contains content that violates our Terms of Use.
Indemnification
You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold Selency harmless from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of your misuse of the Super Pro badge or any false or misleading statement, action, or omission by you regarding your designation as a Super Pro.
Termination
Participation in the Super Pro program is a privilege, not a right. Your Super Pro status, privileges, and authorization to use the Super Pro badge may be revoked at our sole discretion if you fail to comply with these terms, Selency’s Terms of Use, or any other applicable Selency conditions.
Disclaimer of Liability
THE SUPER PRO BADGE AND ANY OTHER ELEMENTS, AS WELL AS SUPER PRO BENEFITS, ARE PROVIDED UNDER THESE TERMS “AS IS.” SELENCY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE SUPER PRO BADGE OR STATUS DOES NOT IN ANY WAY CONSTITUTE A RECOMMENDATION BY SELENCY OF ANY SELLER OR PRODUCT.
Limitation of Liability
SELENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SUPER PRO PROGRAM.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision (or the invalid, void, or unenforceable portion) shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
Updates to the Terms
Selency reserves the right to update these terms at any time and without notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Selency website or services. The modification will take effect upon posting. By continuing to use Selency after the modification has been posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, your sole remedy is to stop using Selency.
We may also terminate the Super Pro program entirely at any time, with or without notice.
