With Mondial Relay or Relai Colis, it is possible.
The Post Office continues to operate and the delivery of products through it as well: you can therefore continue to receive parcels - it is also safe to receive your parcels at home, as communicated by the World Health Organization (WHO).
If your seller is unable to honour his shipment immediately, he will inform you. Delays can therefore be expected in this respect and in view of the circumstances.
