Package your product

As a seller, you are responsible for the packaging of your product and its safe arrival to your buyer. To avoid any unpleasant surprises upon reception of the product, this old saying has never been so true : it is better to do too much than not enough ! Do not hesitate to consult our packing instructions to guide you.

The BySelency carrier reserves the right not to take charge of your product if it is deemed to be too poorly packaged; this could pose risks during transport. Also, the carrier can have you sign a release exonerating them, as well as Selency, from any liability in case of breakage of the product being delivered. If this situation occurs, you will be asked to compensate your buyer. Our Customer Happiness team is here to guide you on these conditions. Note that some particularly fragile products* require special packaging, such as a wooden box for example. This is your responsibility.
